One address for everything, read by a person rather than a ticket robot: [email protected]. Write in Arabic or English — both are answered in the language you used.
What to include
The difference between a same-day answer and three rounds of questions is usually one line of detail:

| A security issue | Put "security" in the subject — see the security page |
| Something inaccessible to you | The page and what blocked you — these go to the front of the queue |
How quickly we answer
- Payments and access problems — first, and usually within one business day.
- Data corrections and bug reports — within a few business days; a confirmed correction is applied as soon as it is verified.
- Privacy requests — acknowledged quickly and completed within 30 days, as the privacy policy requires.
- Everything else — as soon as we get to it. We are a small team and we would rather answer properly than instantly.
Only one address is ours. Cryp2Nova has no support line in your direct messages, no "verification" process, and no reason ever to ask for your private key, seed phrase or exchange API key. We will never ask you to send funds to unlock, verify or claim anything. Anything else claiming to be us is an impersonation attempt — forward it to us and do not reply to it.
Other reasons to write
- A metric or a page you want. Tell us what you are trying to see and why; requests that explain the question behind them get built more often than feature names.
- Coverage gaps. A network or an asset you expected and did not find.
- Data or partnership enquiries. Same address.
- Legal notices. Same address, with "legal" in the subject.
What we cannot answer
Please do not write asking whether to buy something, what a price will do, or what to do with your portfolio. We are not licensed advisers and we will decline — not to be unhelpful, but because answering would be exactly the thing we tell everyone we do not do. See the risk notice.

ماذا ترفق
الفرق بين ردّ في اليوم نفسه وثلاث جولات من الأسئلة سطرٌ واحد من التفصيل عادةً:

سرعة الردّ
- المدفوعات ومشاكل الوصول — أوّلًا، وعادةً خلال يوم عمل واحد.
- تصحيح البيانات وبلاغات الأعطال — خلال أيّام عمل قليلة؛ والتصحيح المؤكَّد يُطبَّق فور التحقّق منه.
- طلبات الخصوصية — يُقرّ باستلامها سريعًا وتُنجَز خلال ٣٠ يومًا كما تقتضي سياسة الخصوصية.
- ما عدا ذلك — فور وصولنا إليه. نحن فريق صغير، ونُفضّل ردًّا صحيحًا على ردٍّ فوري.
عنوان واحد فقط هو عنواننا. ليس لCryp2Nova خطّ دعم في رسائلك الخاصّة، ولا إجراء «تحقّق»، ولا سبب البتّة لطلب مفتاحك الخاص أو عبارة الاسترداد أو مفتاح واجهة منصّتك. ولن نطلب منك إرسال أموال لفتح شيء أو التحقّق منه أو استلامه. وكل ما عدا ذلك ممّا يدّعي أنّه نحن فمحاولة انتحال — أرسله إلينا ولا تردّ عليه.
أسباب أخرى للكتابة
- مؤشّر أو صفحة تريدها. قل لنا ما الذي تحاول رؤيته ولماذا؛ فالطلبات التي تشرح السؤال الذي وراءها تُبنى أكثر من أسماء المزايا.
- ثغرات التغطية. شبكة أو أصل توقّعت وجوده فلم تجده.
- استفسارات البيانات والشراكات. العنوان نفسه.
- الإشعارات القانونيّة. العنوان نفسه مع كلمة «legal» في الموضوع.
ما لا نستطيع الإجابة عنه
أرجو ألّا تكتب سائلًا هل تشتري شيئًا، أو ماذا سيفعل سعر، أو ماذا تفعل بمحفظتك. لسنا مستشارين مرخَّصين وسنعتذر — لا تعنّتًا، بل لأنّ الإجابة ستكون بالضبط ما نقول للجميع إنّنا لا نفعله. راجع إخلاء المسؤولية.
