Frax Ether (frxETH) is a liquid ETH staking derivative and stablecoin system within the Frax Finance ecosystem. It offers a simplified and DeFi-native approach to earning interest on ETH by leveraging Frax's stablecoin expertise. The system consists of frxETH, a stablecoin loosely pegged to ETH, and Staked Frax Ether (sfrxETH), which accrues staking yield.
