About leverup
LeverUp is an LP-free derivatives protocol on Monad that offers high-leverage perpetual contracts using LVUSD as the common settlement asset. All positions are denominated in LVUSD, which is minted when traders deposit collateral such as USDC or MON into a virtual market-making vault and adjusted when positions are closed. The vault tracks USDC reserves against LVUSD in circulation, while protocol fees are distributed to xLV and yLV holders. LVUSD stability is managed through auction and redemption mechanisms that address depeg scenarios and preserve orderly settlement.
