حول Shapeshift
ShapeShift is a multi-chain cryptocurrency platform that offers trading, tracking, buying, and earning services. It is community-owned, private, and non-custodial. The platform supports multiple chains and allows users to manage their portfolios and DeFi positions. ShapeShift also offers decentralized finance (DeFi) staking, allowing users to earn rewards on their assets. The platform has a mobile app and a governance system powered by its native FOX token. الخلفيّة
Shapeshift was founded by Erik Voorhees and Jon ShapeShift (pseudonym) as a private company in 2014, with headquarters in Switzerland.
Shapeshift in July 2021 transistioned to a DAO governance model for its self-custody (user controled keys) platform. This philosophy also extends to open sourcing all of its source code.
As part of the DAO transistion the Shapeshift FOX token was created. FOX is given out on all trades and is the governance tool used by the community. FOX is traded on various mainstream exchanges like Coinbase & Huobi.
