Why it matters
It shows how much pending transaction demand sits at each fee level.
How it is built
Unconfirmed transaction weight is grouped by fee rate into buckets.
What to watch
A filling high-fee bucket signals congestion and rising fee pressure; empty buckets signal a clear mempool.
