Rainbow Chart
Bitcoin
The Rainbow chart overlays coloured bands on a logarithmic regression of price, from deep accumulation at the bottom to extreme euphoria at the top.
Why it matters
It turns a long, compressed log chart into a band the eye can read at a glance, showing where the current price sits inside the shape of its own history.
How it is built
A logarithmic regression through the full price history, with fixed offsets above and below the fit drawn as coloured bands.
What to watch
It is a presentation of trend, not a forecast: the bands are fitted to past price and shift as new data arrives, so it describes where the market has been rather than where it must go. Treat a band as context for other measures, never as a target.
