Revenue per Transaction
Cardano
The average block-producer revenue generated per ADA transaction.
Why it matters
It measures how much economic value, on average, each individual transaction contributes to network security compensation.
How it is built
Dividing total block-producer revenue (fees plus any issuance attributed to that period) by the number of transactions processed over the same period.
What to watch
A rising figure suggests transactions are becoming more valuable or fee pressure is increasing; a falling figure suggests either lower fees per transaction or a surge in low-value transaction volume.
